Connection Tips:

Step 1：Search “Gosund” on App Store, Google Play or Scan the QR code on the User Manual to download and install.

Step 2：Plug the smart plug into your outlet within wifi coverage (Only 2.4GHz), and register your personal Gosund account.

Step 3: Add Device -> Electrician Socket(Wi-Fi) and choose ”Easy Mode or AP Mode”, connect your smart outlets.

Using Tips:

Wi-Fi Connection Tips:

The alexa plug works with wifi networks in most American homes. Please see below for the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

1. You can check the label on the router to see the frequency type, this plug outlet is suitable for “Dual Band” or “Single Band 2.4GHz”.

2. The Wi-Fi frequency can be modified by logging into the “Management Interface” on the router. The frequency needs to be set to 2.4GHz in order to connect to the smart plug successfully.
