How to Use:

1. Take out the tens unit pads

2. Connect a pair of electrode pads to one wire

3. Connect 2 or pads to both wires (A/B Channel)

4. Place pads where the TENS unit impact is targeting

5. Turn on the TENS device

6. Choose a mode:

Press and hold the “M” button for 4 seconds to switch between 6 main modes.

Press “M” button quickly to switch between the sub-modes under 1 main mode.

7. Adjust the intensity: Press the “+/-”button to gradually increase or decrease the intensity

8. A/B Channel Switch: Short press the round center button to switch from A to B channel.

9. Lock the Screen: Long press the round center button for 3 seconds.

10.Set up a time: Press “T” button to adjust the time from 10 to 60 minutes.

About 1/2 wire and 1/4 wire use tips:

1. For this 1/2 wire. please plug them in on either side of the pad.

2. For 1/4 wire, please plug a color coded positive and negative wire into a pad.

Notice:

1. Please turn off the device before you touch the pads.

2. Not suitable for pregnant women, or heart disease and hypertension patients.
